Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking email when it’s on the way.

What is your shipping rate?
A flat rate of $12.95 Australia-wide.

Do you offer Express Post?
Not at this time. If you have an urgent order, please email support@scrappingoutback.com before purchasing.

How long does delivery take?
Typical Australia Post timeframes:

  • QLD/NSW metro: 2–4 business days
  • VIC/SA/ACT metro: 3–6 business days
  • WA/NT/TAS & regional: 5–10 business days
    (These are guides only and may vary.)

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes—Australia Post can deliver to both.

Authority to Leave (ATL)?
If you select ATL at checkout, parcels left unattended are at your risk.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer contactless local pickup from Mount Cotton, Queensland. The address will be sent after payment has cleared and your items are ready to collect.

Can you combine orders?
If your orders haven’t been packed, we’ll try—email us ASAP with both order numbers.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently Australia-only. Feel free to email for special cases.


Products

Are colours exact?
Colours can vary between screens and manufacturer batches. If a perfect match is critical, please ask before purchasing.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Often, yes. Use “Notify me” where available or email us for ETA.

What about backorders?
If an item is on backorder, we’ll note it on the product page. We’ll ship your in-stock items first and the backorder when it arrives (no extra shipping).

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time. Please contact us if you would like to enquire.


Payments & Discounts

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All prices are AUD and include GST.

Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order unless stated otherwise.

Will I get a tax invoice?
Yes—your order confirmation email is a GST tax invoice. You can also download invoices via My Account → Orders.


Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
No. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need help before purchasing.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
You’re covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Email support@scrappingoutback.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover reasonable return postage if we request the item back.

Are any items excluded from returns?
For change-of-mind (not offered), and in general: clearance items, gift cards, digital downloads, custom orders, and opened/partially used consumables (e.g., paper packs, adhesives, paints/inks) are not returnable.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or log in to My Account → Orders.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us immediately with your order number. If the order hasn’t been packed, we’ll do our best to update it.

I can’t log into my account—help!
