All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Shipping (Australia-wide)

• Flat-rate Standard: $12.95

• Express Post: Please contact us if you require.

• Dispatch time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment clears. During sales or new releases, please allow an extra day.

Delivery timeframes (guide only):

• QLD/NSW metro: 2–4 business days

• VIC/SA/ACT metro: 3–6 business days

• WA/NT/TAS & regional: 5–10 business days
  Express Post is faster but not guaranteed overnight to all postcodes.

Tracking & authority to leave
You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped. If you select “Authority to Leave,” parcels left unattended are at your risk.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Yes—Standard and Express Post can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

International shipping
Currently Australia-wide only. Contact us for exceptions.

Order changes & combining orders

If you need to update your order, email orders@scrappingoutback.com ASAP with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped we’ll do our best to help. We can’t combine orders once a label is printed.

Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us if you need help before purchasing.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, we’ll provide an appropriate remedy—repair, replacement or refund—and cover reasonable return postage if we ask for the item back.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be arranged where the carrier confirms loss.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer contactless local pickup from Mount Cotton, Queensland. The address will be sent after payment has cleared and your items are ready to collect.
