1. About us

This website is operated by Scrapping Outback (ABN 18 735 935 579). By accessing or purchasing from our site you agree to these Terms.

2. Pricing & GST

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock errors, suspected fraud). Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance.

4. Payment

We accept major cards and PayPal via secure third-party gateways. Orders are charged at checkout.

5. Shipping & risk

We ship Australia-wide. Risk passes to you on delivery (or when left under Authority to Leave). Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

6. Returns & Australian Consumer Law

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods. If a product is damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery; we will provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund) and cover reasonable return postage if required.

7. Promotions

Promotions/discounts can’t be combined unless stated and are not redeemable for cash.

8. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

9. Content & IP

All website content (images, text, logos) is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it without consent.

10. Reviews & user content

By submitting reviews/photos you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for marketing. Do not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms and limit our liability to the lesser of resupplying the goods or the cost of resupply. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Third-party services

We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services linked from our website.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version on this page applies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
